After the appointment of manager Gavin Hattrick the coaching staff are now being added to ensure the team recieves the best training to create the desired playing philosophy. Carl Charter has joined Gavin having been part of the coaching team last season at Percy Main and brings with him a wealth of experience.
Carl is currently at Middlesbrough FC where his role is developing players both technically and physically for professional football. Prior to that Carl worked in Italy with Juventus at their academy being the lead coach with the U12 boys. Carl has also worked in the Womens game at a local and National level.
Carl will be responsible for creating the training programme for West Allotment Celtic starting with pre-season.
Carl holds the UEFA A licence and the FA Youth Award and we are very pleased to have him onboard.
